    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mary!&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Fortunately, the&amp;nbsp;printer is compatible with Internet Explorer.&amp;nbsp; The error you are running into refers to&amp;nbsp;the optional Easy-Web Print EX toolbar, which&amp;nbsp;is not supported with Internet Explorer 9.&amp;nbsp; You are still able to print on Internet Explorer 9 without this toolbar; however, we do have an updated version of the toolbar available for download if you would like it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Just click on the link below, and choose the 'Software' heading once you have selected your operating system to begin the process!&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp250#DriversAndSoftware"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp250#DriversAndSoftware&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a time-sensitive matter, additional support options are available at &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_self" rel="nofollow"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
