      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Croxall,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When the icon you described appears on the display of your PIXMA TS3720, it is caused by the door is open which is in front of the inks.&amp;nbsp; Please open and then close that cover firmly and "0" will appear on the display.&lt;/P&gt;
