    <description>&lt;P&gt;If your pc does not see the printer as a source, the drivers must not be installed or installed correctly. I suggest you download them and load them again, using a cable connection not wireless. Drivers are available from the following link, along with troubleshooting information and manual.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TR7800 connected to computer but not printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PC (Windows 11) says Cannon TR7800fax is "idle" but printer only gives me three options for the source of a print job:"Memory Card", "Cloud" and "Templates".&amp;nbsp; No option given for a computer being the document source.&amp;nbsp; When I try to print, the computer just wants to save the job as a PDF on the computer.&amp;nbsp; No other options given.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any help appreicated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
