      <title>PIXMA TS5320 not turning on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It should be as simple as pressing the power button, but it's not working. I've tried multiple power sources. If I switch it to a new one, it turns on for just a moment, then goes off. I've unplugged the cord and plugged it back in. Ensured it was the right cord. I don't know what else to try. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please see page &lt;STRONG&gt;163&lt;/STRONG&gt; of the printers user guide for power on / off&lt;/P&gt;
