TR8620 - Printing blank pages after saying printer is offline

Hard to describe. We've had excellent performance until the last week or so. Printer notifies Win10 it's offline, then comes online but take several minutes showing on the printer console, it's printing. Then, it kicks out a blank sheet. Maybe then, or shortly after, Win10 says the printer is offline again. Wait a bit, and another sheet spits out; sometimes blank, sometimes with only part of a column/page printed as if a larger sheet of paper was requested. And along the way, we get a nondescript error message on Win10, but the printer console continues to display "printing..."

The issue first showed up with Google sheets. After some finagaling of page size, etc., in Sheets, a good copy was printed. The "tricks" worked on a second sheet, but couldn't the get the third sheet to print correctly. We had the same experience with trying to print a PDF from a different computer.

I powered off/on; no change. I unplugged/plugged back in; no change. On the printer, I can't find a software/factory reset.

What am I missing? I love this printer, but ...

Please use the steps HERE to print the network settings of the printer. Once it prints, please let us know what is listed for signal strength in row 3-2-1.

Wifi is solid. We've been able to print from multiple computers and applications. Issue seemed to be PDF, but that's working okay for now. Don't you just love Windows fixing itself? Will update as things change.
