I just bought this printer a couple months ago and it is already having issues. Yesterday when I tried printing something, it would only grab the right side of the page and jam up. Today it grabs both sides (somewhat) but it still consistently jams. There is nothing stuck down in, and I have cleaned the rollers.

Hi,

Since the maintenance options did not resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

We look forward to hearing from you.
