      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have stable orange light on error button. Computer always say paper is jammed but there’s no paper. Tried the unplugging technique but still did not work. &lt;P&gt;If there is no paper jam and the alarm light wont clear, the printer would require service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
