    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for replying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No I didn't see any error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Wi-Fi to connect to the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No I'm not using the original Canon ink. Could the ink be the cause of the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is a few years old and I have been using the original Canon ink. This last time, the local office supply store was out of the ink plus things has gotten expensive so I thought I should try non-Canon ink. The non-Canon ink worked just fine until today. Should I go back to using Canon ink?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll look into the nozzle check tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please follow the maintenance procedure provided on this page from the manual:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TS6100%20series/EN/UG/ug_m_01_01_c.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;TS6100 series &amp;gt; Maintenance &amp;gt; Incorrect Printing &amp;gt; Maintenance Procedure&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists after performing the steps provided on that page, your PIXMA TS6120 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm.
