    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I did go in to download the software, that was when I got the error saying it's not found for my device. And even that link you have attached is telling me to use a different device or browser in order to get the software, but I'm using Chrome, which is one of the browsers it suggests I use. So, can I just not use this printer?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought a brand new PIXMA MG2524 printer, and when I went in to set it up an error came up saying the software wasn't found. I'm using a Windows 11 laptop that's only 2 years old, so it's not like I have an old system. I'm not really sure what to do.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
