      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Just Bought The Canon Pixma 3722, Hooked It Up, My Laptop Found It But I Can Not Print Anything Out. Im Using Windows 11 Laptop.&amp;nbsp; I Used The Setup Link And Got An Error So I Called Support. The&amp;nbsp; Support Guy Told Me That I Have A Trojan That Is Stopping The Printer From Connecting To My Internet.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I Checked Everything Out Myself &amp;amp; Everything Says My Computer Is Fine With No Viruses. Please Help Ive Been Trying For Hours To Print &amp;amp; Im At My Wits End :-).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have trouble installing the printer software or printing temporairly turn off your anti-virus and then try all again. Just curious can you access the Canon Print program?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Danny, I Finally Fixed It . I Had Some Kind Of Security On My Computer That Stopped The Printer From Connecting When I Disabled It The Printer Connected &amp;amp; Everything Is Working Fine. And Yes The Guy I Talked To On The Phone Wanted To Charge Me $200 To Remove The "Trojan" That Wasent Even On My Computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
