    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had just printed a nice A3 photo and then switched the printer off at the wall. &amp;nbsp;When I switched it on again the next day the orange alarm light is constantly on and the printer won't function. &amp;nbsp;I can't turn it on and the ink draw doesn't move when I open the top and it isn't connected to the internet. &amp;nbsp;I have tried unplugging it and then plugging it in again and I've tried holding the alarm button for two minutes. &amp;nbsp;I have also tried holding the on button for two minutes. &amp;nbsp;I have even tried connecting it to my laptop via a printer cable but obviously without it being switched on it won't connect. &amp;nbsp;There's no paper jam.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have any ideas on how to reset the printer or clear the error?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
