    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX492 is continuing to print blurry and miss parts of the image in black after taking the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Black ink head cleaning &amp;amp; deep cleaning via the printer menu&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Manual ink head cleaning using glass cleaner (allowed to soak in a small bit of liquid for a minute before wiping clean)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Checked the encoder strip and it appears to be clean&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Roller cleaning via printer menu&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Bottom cleaning via printer menu&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Print head alignment&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I eventually tried another black cartridge and it still is blurry/missing parts of the image so I don't think it's the cartridge at this point. The image shows print outs from two seperate black cartridges!&lt;/P&gt;

That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern printer and&amp;nbsp;reaching out to our Canon Upgrade Program specialist who will go over the best options for upgrading your printer.
