    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a TR8620 printer connected to my Mac running Sequoia 15.5.&amp;nbsp; I use the scanner function very frequently.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately the scanner no longer works.&amp;nbsp; I downloaded the new IJ Scan Utility Lite driver, but it still doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; The error box I receive is as follows:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cannot communicate with scanner. Possible reasons:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;- Scanner is turned off.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;- (If using wired LAN connection) It is disconnected from wired LAN.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;- (If using Wi-Fi connection) Signal strength is poor due to obstructions.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;- (If using USB connection) USB cable is disconnected.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please check and try again.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;The printer is connected via WiFi. Signal is strong. Print function works fine with my desktop and iPhone.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please open Image Capture on your Mac.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once open, please attempt to scan.&amp;nbsp; Are you able to scan using Image Capture?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, what is the error code that appears?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Patrick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened Image Capture and was able to successfully scan a doc.&amp;nbsp; After that I went back to the IJ&lt;SPAN&gt;Scan Utility Lite and tried to scan a doc.&amp;nbsp; Eureka, success.&amp;nbsp; At this point it appears that my issue has been resolved.&amp;nbsp; Thank you for your help and expertise.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Patrick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to withdraw my Eureka.&amp;nbsp; Last night I shut down my desktop and printer.&amp;nbsp; This morning I started everything back up and to my dismay, the scanner no longer works.&amp;nbsp; Image Capture does not even recognize the scanner.&amp;nbsp; Desktop printing works fine.&amp;nbsp; Printer is recognized by my iPhone. When I go into settings, I see the printer and when clicking on it the "open scanner" button is there, but clicking on it opens Image Capture and the scanner is still not found.&amp;nbsp; Error messages from IJ Print Utility is as in the previous post.&amp;nbsp; I hope you can help again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jertoons,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please perform the following steps to try and resolve this issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Please tap the Wi-Fi icon in the lower left corner of your PIXMA TR8620's display.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Next, select &lt;STRONG&gt;Wi-Fi&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Select the &lt;STRONG&gt;Advanced button&lt;/STRONG&gt; at the bottom.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Select &lt;STRONG&gt;TCP/IP settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Select&lt;STRONG&gt; IPv6&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable/disable IPv6&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7. Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Disable&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once "Processing" goes away and Enable/disable IPv6 appears again, please turn your TR8620 off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next, please go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wait 5 minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When your Wi-Fi network is back online, please turn your TR8620 back on and attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything that was discussed above, I have tried everything and I still can't scan to my laptop. But I am able to print to laptop. &amp;nbsp; I even called Apple Support, Canon Support, they can't help me at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
