    <description>&lt;P&gt;I fixed it by removing and reinstalling the printer from scratch by going to the web site on the affected computer.&amp;nbsp; The instructions should have emphasized to go to the web site on the device you will be using.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then it printed, except for PDF documents, which got hung up by an arcane PDF setting.&amp;nbsp; To fix that in the Adobe reader, I had to go to: MENU &amp;gt; Preferences . Security (enhanced), and UNCHECK "Enable Protected Mode at startup" right on top of the page.&amp;nbsp; Now it prints.&amp;nbsp; About to see if it scans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had just supposedly installed the printer with a USB cable connection, and it won't print on my Windows 11 PC from the print dialogue, though the printer showed up on the menu.&amp;nbsp; But no print queue could be found.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is the second printer I've had that has been troublesome with a USB connection on Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; What is the problem with USB connections and Windows 11, which I deeply regret installing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
