Is the PIXMA TS3720 ChromeOS/Chromebook compatible? It's not on the Native Chrome OS Printing Support list but its product specifications and Amazon product info says it is compatible..

The Canon Shopping site says this:

"Works with compatible Chromebook devices."

A footnote says this:

"Functions and features may vary by printer model, scanning requires Chrome OS 89 or later."

Not exactly a glowing endorsement of Chromebook compatibility.

Thanks for the reply. I did some further research and leared the more specific spec to look for is Mopria compatibilty. There's a list of comptible models here: Certified Products. The TS3720 isn't on the list but I've ordered the Pixma TS 7720 which is so hopefully I'll be ok.
