    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi WS10,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try these steps to resolve the communication issue you are experiencing with your PIXMA TR4720:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please turn your PIXMA TR4720 on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your TR4720 one time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Use the right arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Device settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Use the right arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;LAN settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Press OK on &lt;STRONG&gt;Wi-Fi&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Use the arrows to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable/disable Wi-Fi&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Use the arrows to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; Use the arrows to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Manual setup&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9.&amp;nbsp; Use the arrows to select &lt;STRONG&gt;TCP/IP settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;10.&amp;nbsp; Use the arrows to select &lt;STRONG&gt;IPv6&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;11.&amp;nbsp; Press OK again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;12.&amp;nbsp; On &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable/disable IPv6&lt;/STRONG&gt;, press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;13. Use the arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Disable&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Processing" will appear.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Once that goes away, the issue should be resolved.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Mac Book Air running Sequoia 15.5. &amp;nbsp;My brand new Printer keeps showing offline every time I turn it on to print. &amp;nbsp;Then it seems to magically go online after I leave the house for some time and prints while I'm out. &amp;nbsp;How do I get it to show online and print at the time i need it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
