      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 11 Pro&amp;nbsp;24H2&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Everything worked fine last time I scanned.&amp;nbsp; Now printer works correctly but&amp;nbsp;Cannot Communicate with scanner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Device manager says: Device USBPRINT\CanonMG2500_series\7&amp;amp;114f9809&amp;amp;0&amp;amp;USB001 requires further installation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do I do that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that this is a Windows 10 error as well as 11.&amp;nbsp; The ET 2580C scanner has this error&amp;nbsp; going all the way back to 2020 according to the Microsoft Windows tech support forum. The person with the error deleted the drivers for the printer and reinstalled a European driver as told to by tech support. It did not fix the issue, Microsoft offered no other solution and closed the thread.
