PIXMA TS3722 CarePAK code needed for registration

Good morning to all,trying to finish registering printer and it says in order for me to finish I have to enter carepak activation code from email,I see and email, however there is no code.. where do I find it. If I don't enter it, it tells me I don't have a registered product.

Any info would be most helpful. Thank you very much.
