PIXMA TR4755i How to Scan Multiple Pages Into a Single PDF

new TR4755i. Im using the IJ Scan Utility and select Doc (Multi pages). It scans the first page and asks me to continue Yes/No. I select Yes and am then prompted to put the next page on the glass. But there is then no option to press OK or Go and it doesn't scan the 2nd page. Can anyone help please? The manual just says you will be prompted on the printer's screen, no further information

Are you sure that's the model number? I typed TR4755i into the search box at https://www.usa.canon.com/support and the response was:

I scan with my printer model using the printer operation panel. I place the next page/sheet on the glass, and tap the B/W or Color button, eventually tapping End when complete. You might want to try that.
