      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jerry81,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As a test, please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Windows button at the bottom of your computer's screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; In menu that appears, please click the "All" or "All Apps" button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; In the new menu, please scroll down the list and click on the Canon Utilities folder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Click on the IJ Scan Utility.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once that is open, please click the Photo button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you able to scan?&amp;nbsp; If not, what is the error that appears?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the code that appears at the bottom of the error message?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please turn off every computer in your household.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Off complete, only turn your Windows 11 computer back on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once on, please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility again.&lt;/P&gt;
