&lt;P&gt;I have a Cannon PIXMA G3202. It will not complete the power up. My PC tells me that it needs to have maintenance. I have been unsuccessful on trying to find out where I can have my printer serviced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to contact customer service. The agent I talked to believes it's the printer head based on the code I received. Order parts based on agents request. Now I'm waiting on the printer heads to arrive to see if that fixes the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
