PIXMA TS5351i Ink not absorbing

Hi. I have a TS5351i,

I use it for work along with my circuit machine, I have tried multiple photo papers & setting for printing (photo card, glossy photo card etc)

but no matter what setting I use or photo paper the ink doesn’t seem to be setting into the paper. I have wasted so much ink, time & paper it’s costing me a fortune! Can anyone help me
