    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi stephlee123,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Apple in the upper left corner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on System Preferences.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on Printers &amp;amp; Scanners.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Click 1 time on the Canon MG7500 on the left side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; On the right side, click on the Scanner tab and then the Open Scanner button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to scan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, what error code appears at the bottom of the error message that you get?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>PIXMA MG7520 stopped scanning</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had my PIXMA MG7520 printer for a few years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It suddenly decided to stop scanning. It will still print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error it gives me is saying that I need to restart everything and/or re-install the printer driver, all of which I've done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed the ICA driver from&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mg-series-inkjet/mg7520/pixma-mg7520" target="_self"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mg-series-inkjet/mg7520/pixma-mg7520&lt;/A&gt; , but I'm still getting an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something else I need to do with regard to a driver?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm scanning with Image Capture on a MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
