PIXMA MG3620 - Can't Be Found Again

I just got a printer and was setting it up. My computer found it the first time I tried setting it up, but then the power cord accidentally came unplugged from the printer. I plugged it back in and started the setup from the beginning, but now my computer can't find it. I tried multiple times. I tried turning the printer on and off. I tried resetting the printer. I tried connecting it to my computer a different way.

My father was able to figure it out. We had to connect the printer to his phone to give the printer access to the Wi-Fi. Then it was able to connect to my computer. The guide doesn't provide this step. At least, not that we were able to find.
