PIXMA MG5520 - won't feed paper

Paper will not feed. Get error to Load paper!

I cleaned rollers, tried different paper

Inspected inside.

Any ideas?

It seems that your printer is unable to pick the paper in the document feeder. You should check if you have kept the papers in the document feeder correctly. Plus try to add more paper or remove some papers in the document tray to fix the issue. In addition, you should check the power supply on your printer and ensure the device is getting the enough power supply. If all these solutions does not work then try to reach out for more help.

What I did was took paper before feeding it, curled it upwards direction. I have completed 3 tests which printed 5 pages. I did clean rollers but didn't fix issue. Plus checked loaded properly!
