    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;TLCinAustin,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To resolve this printing issue, please perform an Ink Flush with your PIXMA G6020:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please turn your G6020 on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G6020 one time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Maintenance&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Ink Flush&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Use the arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Color&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Check the displayed message and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Use the left arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; Use the left arrow again to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The procedure will begin.&amp;nbsp; If it stops after one or two minutes, it did not operate long enough.&amp;nbsp; Please perform the Ink Flush again.&amp;nbsp; It will take 6 to 8 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once complete, please use the left arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Nozzle check&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canon PIXMA G6020 Megatank no longer prints magenta and amber. I have done every maintenance step and multiple deep cleans with no luck.&amp;nbsp; Is there a fix, a solution absent buying a new printer.&amp;nbsp; It is only 1 1/2 years old.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
