I received a replacement on warranty, went through the setup and connection process. It has a "processing, please wait momentarily" message on the screen, will not print.

Greetings ,

Did you remove the old printer from your system and restart before trying to install and connect the new printer? Even if it's the same model, the connections are not interchangeable.

Thanks. I did uninstall the old printer. I am hoping the problem, now self-resolved, was a one-off. It had done an update, which may have led to the issue.
