&lt;P&gt;First, please check your PIXMA TS3122 for jammed paper / foreign objects.&amp;nbsp; Please follow all of the steps provided on this page from the manual:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/ErrorCode/TS3100%20series/EN/ERR/err_contents0200.html?ref=err_contents0200" target="_self"&gt;TS3100 series &amp;gt; List of Support Codes (Paper Jams)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, this error can possibly be cleared by cleaning the encoder/timing strip inside of your TS3122.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article to clean the encoder/timing strip:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART177601" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Cleaning the Encoder Film - TS3100 Series&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the error persists, your PIXMA TS3122 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TS3122 - error code P10</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a P10 error code on my TS3122 which i have been using with no problems for several years.&amp;nbsp; i have turned off the printer and unplugged as suggested in the manual.&amp;nbsp; error remains when i power back up, plus the cartridges do not slide in position for me to change out the ink cartridge when i open the compartment.&amp;nbsp; can anyone suggest a solution.&amp;nbsp; i am not interested in paying the $19.99 one time incident payment for a canon tech to contact me.&lt;/P&gt;
