      <title>PIXMA TS9521C - Want to Print 12x12 on Glossy</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only option for the 12x12 is to print borderless on "cardstock" which I assume is the reason the color doesn't match. How do we request a firmware update to change this? Right now it's a big paper weight since I can't get it to match.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
