I need a print head alignment page doc file for MG 3620

I need to align my print heads. I cannot print the alignment page, because it prints out of alignment. Is there a pdf or document file that I can get, so that I can print the alignment page successfully on another printer? This is for a MG 3620 model. Thanks!

Hi Scottymcss,

This issue can be caused when the encoder/timing strip inside your PIXMA MG3620 is smudged. Cleaning this will resolve the issue.

To clean the encoder/timing strip, please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article:
