      <title>PIXMA iP8720 Pin missing from ink cartridge slot</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;question about ip8720 printer repair&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ive had my ip8720 printer since about april of 2020, and she has served me so well. i was doing a big printing session about a week ago when i changed out one of the ink carts, and afterwards it stopped working. upon further digging i noticed one of the tiny metal pins that connects the ink cartridge to the printer was missing. specifically in the cyan slot. im not sure how i managed to lose it, but it won't print anything now. is this a fixable issue? can i replace this pin myself, or would i have to take it in to get serviced somewhere? i really dont want to have to replace this printer if i can avoid it, i really try to avoid wasting as much as i can. please help!!! im desperate!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
