      <title>Getting Error 5100 on PIXMA TR4722 printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently put in new cartridges both color and b/w into my Pixma TR4722 Canon Printer.&amp;nbsp; I am getting Error 5501. I go into the cartridge area and pull them out one at a time and put them back in. I then turn the printer off for a few minutes and turn back on and it goes right back to the error. I am losing time on fixing this problem and I am about to throw it off a roof and buy a different brand. Printers should not be this difficult to work with.&amp;nbsp; What am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oops my mistake.&amp;nbsp; It is not 5501.&amp;nbsp; It is 5100.&amp;nbsp; I've tried what the FAQ suggests but after unplugging the printer for a half-hour. It does not clear it out.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions? or is this something I will have to take the printer in for a fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Blue buttons? the error code was5100, not 5501.&amp;nbsp; I get my numbers backward.&amp;nbsp; I will check this "blue button" thing you speak of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
