&lt;P&gt;To clear the 1851 error, please make sure that the paper output tray is pulled out until it stops.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once done, press OK on the touch screen.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ended up speaking to tech support…bad hard drive so had to order a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
