&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS3722 and then click on the Product Support button.       <title>PIXMA TS3722 - Error when installing new ink cartridges</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon TS3722 printer and even thought I an using Canon Fine ink cartridges I cannot get them in the printer. I have taken them out and reinstalled but still get an error message, they are installed correctly but error says no what else can I do? I am ready to trash the fairly new printer and there is no tech support on weekends&lt;/P&gt;</description>
