PIXMA TR4720 - ink smearing

tr4720. Printer smears and overlaps words. Have done both 'cleaning' and ' deep cleaning' no help.

Any other suggestions?

If this is happening with Genuine Canon Ink, please get in touch with support at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666) for troubleshooting.

Thanks for the followup. i have genuine ink. I called the number, answered the automated messages and then got music, no other communications. Waited 10 minutes and hung up. Frustrated!!!
