      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi veeves,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please make sure your inks are at least half full and then perform an ink flush with your PIXMA G6020:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Turn your PIXMA G6020 on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G6020 one time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select Maintenance and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Press the right arrow button to select Ink Flush and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Choose All Colors and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Check the displayed message and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Use the left arrow to select Yes and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Use the left arrow again to select Yes and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The process will take 6-8 minutes.&amp;nbsp; If it stops sooner, please perform these steps again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once complete, repeatedly use the left arrow to select Nozzle check and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The nozzle check should appear like the example attached below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If colors still do not print correctly, the color printhead could be clogged.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The color printhead is available for purchase directly from Canon.&amp;nbsp; Please note, there are no refunds on parts purchased.&amp;nbsp; To access the shop to purchase a color print head, please use the link below:&lt;/P&gt;
