Canon Pixma TS8750 won't print from front cassette

Hello

I've been trying for an hour to get my TS8750to print from the front tray, which it normally does without any problems. Have gone through the setting disabled mismatch paper, entered a paper size for the rear tray which isn't being used, turned printer on and off... nothing helps. PLEASE provide info as to how to correct this problem. Thanks
