    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma TS 3320 does not have ink. I have one empty colour cartridge and no black ink. I've been trying to scan, but it gives me the E04 no ink error. I have tried holding "stop" button override but that doesn't do anything either? I have been trying to just scan pictures, not print. Does anyone know how I can override the error to scan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In regards to the issue you are experiencing, y&lt;SPAN&gt;ou can continue to scan without ink in the cartridge as long as both cartridges (even if empty) remain installed in the printer.&amp;nbsp; You are experiencing the E 0 4 error because the printer does not detect that both ink cartridges are installed.&amp;nbsp; To resolve this issue, please have both ink cartridges inserted into your printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
