Hi fherfigueroa,

Please print a test page:

1. Please turn your PIXMA MG7520 on.

2. Swipe the HOME screen and then tap the wrench and screwdriver icon on your PIXMA MG7520.

3. Tap Maintenance.

4. Tap Print nozzle check pattern.

5. Tap Yes.

The nozzle check will print.

Please compare your printout with the example below.

If they differ, please perform 2 or 3 deep cleanings:

1. Swipe the HOME screen and then tap the wrench and screwdriver icon again.

2. Tap Maintenance.

3. Tap Cleaning.

4. Tap Yes.

Once complete, please tap Yes to print another test page.

If your nozzle check does not print correctly after 2 or 3 deep cleanings, your PIXMA MG7520 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
