PIXMA MG3620 cant get to scan

I have a mac running sequioa 15.3.2 , a canon pixma m3600. will not scan for some reason.. keeps giving errors 9,244,3 Im the only user on network. the router prinrter and computer all within 16’ of each other. why this happening?

It sounds like you've got a printer in the PIXMA MG3600 series. So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within that series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Have you installed the ICA driver?
