Prints white space on photo paper

I have a Pixma MX922. Prints everything ok on plain paper but not photo paper. It shows 2 1/2 inch white space in middle of 4x6 paper and ~90% white space on 8 1/2x11 photo paper. Put in new photo paper several times - same result. Any thoughts since it is out of warranty and has worked beautifully up until today.

Thank you for your response. I'm new at working through this and just yesterday morning had to enlist Geek Squad's help who had to reinstall the printer. It prints but settings much different.

I tried to do updates but finally contacted Geek Squad who had to reinstall printer as the latest Win100 20H2 update was not to be used.
