PIXMA TS3522 Lights stay on after ink cartridge replacement

I replaced the black and color ink in my Canon TS3522 with the Canon 275/276 cartridges. The lights for black and color ink are still on, but the alarm light is not illuminated. Can someone please tell me how to get those lights off? I don't remember them staying on when ink was replaced previously.

Hi rrhodes2005,

Please remove both ink cartridges from your PIXMA TS3522. Please place them side by side and take a photo of them both. Please have the bottom and the labels visible in the photo and then please attach that photo to your reply of this post.
