PIXMA G3000 series: How to print B&W on a Chromebook

I need to print a ton of documents on a Pixma G3000, from a Windows computer I can choose the black-and-white, draft option as it is what I need.

Now, on the Chromebook, I cannot find how to set up that printing profile. The only option under quality is "normal," and there is no option for "black and white." Does anyone know how to set up a new profile from a Chromebook?
