    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. 5 year old printer sudden fly just cant print black and white. Lines are either very faint or inexistant or very streaky. Photos attached of a contract where you can see many lines missing. Also printed the check pattern. &amp;nbsp;I Changed the ink and they’re all full. Did all the maintenance the printer offers (roller cleaning etc) to no avail. Any advice before I trash it and go with another brand?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please follow the steps on this page to perform 2 or 3 deep cleanings:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once complete, please print another nozzle check:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If PGBK still does not print at the top, your PIXMA TS5020 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm.
