&lt;P&gt;Are both ink cartridges that you are using genuine Canon ink cartridges?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are not, it is recommended that Canon ink cartridges are used.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TS3522 - Saying No ink - E04 code</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I recently installed new ink cartridges on my CAnon Ts3522. It is saying no ink for both black and color. I have tried cleaning the sensors, resetting it, powering off, and nothing is working. Every once in awhle that code with turn off and then it flashes the E04 code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
