      <title>PIXMA TR8620a cannot scan double sided documents into a single PDF</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased the PIXMA TR8620A printer/scanner function. &amp;nbsp;This scanner has a feeder but is not able to scan double sided documents. &amp;nbsp;I used to be able to do this when I first purchased the printer but know it does not work. &amp;nbsp;When scanning manually I get the screen as displayed on the attached picture.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_4533.jpeg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/54871i6F4FA90C0AB0C01E/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="IMG_4533.jpeg" alt="IMG_4533.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
