    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having &lt;A href="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Desktop-Inkjet-Printers/My-ts6320-pixma-printer-is-showing-code-6800-How-can-I-fix-this/m-p/539544" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;the same issue&lt;/A&gt; my TS6420a will not reset either. I have checked multiple times and unplugged, etc and find nothing. It did this after being turned off for a while and when I turned it on it showed the error.&amp;nbsp; I unplugged it again for a month and still say error.&amp;nbsp; I did not see your chat button, nor a phone number to call for service.&amp;nbsp; My printer was purchased 7 months ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
