Error message.

I keep getting an error message.

An internal error has occured Code2,202,22 and the scan driver closes.

The scanner then stops detecting multiple items or even cropping multiple items.

The scanner cover is closed and there is plenty of space between pictures on the platen.

It wont evern crop one photo at a time. I've ever reinstalled the driver.

I have a Canon MP560 and I'm running windows 8.

To try and resolve the error, please restart your computer. Then open the MP Navigator and try scanning again.
