&lt;P&gt;FINE is the technology used in all our printers with two ink cartridges. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your printer isn't printing colors accurately, please verify your ink is Genuine Canon Ink and that you have the most current software installed from the Canon USA site at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://canon.us/TS3520setup" target="_blank"&gt;https://canon.us/TS3520setup&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please let us know if you've verified your ink and software and are still having issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The community needs to know the following:&lt;BR /&gt;- What version of macOS or Windows you're using&lt;BR /&gt;- What app(s) you've printed from&lt;BR /&gt;- What kind(s) of paper you've tried&lt;BR /&gt;- Please share examples if you have them so we can see what you're experiencing&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can think of any other information that might help, please share it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I am so mad &amp;nbsp;I just bought this prinker and the only cartridges anywhere are the "fine"ones and they do not print correctly. &amp;nbsp;Do I have to buy another printer? &amp;nbsp;SO frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
