    <description>&lt;P&gt;Help please im not sure what happened, the ink cartridges are put in fine. They’re new, there’s no forigen objects. I took off a setting to avoid the error but it was working fine yesterday. It makes a squeaking noise than stops and gives me a error and doesn’t print my paper out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The 5100 error can be caused by a paper jam.&amp;nbsp; Please follow the steps on this page to clear any foreign objects or jammed paper from your printer:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
